What a review from a Suwannee County customer tells the next one
A five-star rating from a beach town says nothing about how we handle a package unit on farm acreage. So we ask for a review after every Suwannee County job, the slow way, and the reviews shown here are the company's Google reviews until there are enough local ones to stand on their own.

The ask happens at the truck
Reviews at Cook’s are collected one job at a time. When the technician closes the panel on a condenser in River Woods or finishes a tune-up on a stilt house near Charles Springs, they ask the homeowner to leave a Google review if the visit earned one. There is no automated blast to every phone number in the system and no third-party service padding the count. It is slower, and the reviews read like it.
Filed by county on purpose
Cook’s covers a long list of towns from a single base in Palm Coast. A homeowner in Live Oak doesn’t need reassurance that we’re good at coastal condensers; they need to know whether we show up when the shop is 144 miles away, and whether the technician understands a belly duct. Asking every Suwannee County customer for a review, and giving those reviews their own section once there are enough, is how we intend to answer that honestly instead of borrowing credibility from somewhere else.
What to put in a Suwannee County review
Say what the next homeowner out here would want to know. Whether the drive time was stated up front and then met. Whether the technician who came understood a mobile home’s package unit, or a belly duct, or a well-water drain. Any advice you got about generators or surge protection before storm season. Who came, by name; Jerry handles the sales side and Sean the technical side. And whether the price moved on a night or weekend call, since so many failures here happen in the long July evenings.
When the rating is three stars
It gets answered in public and followed up in private. On a market this far from the shop, most criticism is about an arrival window that slipped, and the fix is usually a scheduling change on our end. Those reviews stay up.

About the reviews from Live Oak
Are these reviews from Suwannee County, or from the whole company?
From the whole company. Google attaches every review to Cook’s one business listing, so what you see here is the company-wide set. Cook’s asks every customer in this market for a review and will add a Suwannee County section once there are enough to show, rather than imply every review came from a Live Oak driveway.
Do you pay or discount for a review?
No. The technician asks at the end of a visit, the dispatcher may follow up once, and that’s the extent of it. An incentive would make every review on this page worth less.
What if my experience was bad?
Write it anyway, and call us too. A critical review from Branford or Wellborn gets read by the owners, answered publicly, and used to change how the route is run. We’d rather fix the problem than argue with the rating.
Suwannee County readers see the company's full Google record; a review naming Wellborn, McAlpin or Branford helps a neighbor decide. Read the reviews.
